A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK 42 hours per week As this is a bank role you must have the flexibility to work day, night and weekend shifts as and when requiredA day in the life of a Senior Care Assistant
Person-centred care - You will ensure that residents receive personal care from you and your team including bathing, dressing and oral care within their preferences, and actively promote right to choice and independence Review -You will contribute to and carry out care reviews with your residents to ensure their plans reflect their needs. Medication - You will administer residents' medication in a safe and supportive and compliant way Social Activity - You will lead in and participate in trips out, social engagements and activities within the home. Leadership - you may support new starters or existing staff with shadowing and development, and may be called up on to lead the home where more senior managers are not available.Agincare is proudly celebrating 40years of caring for communities. Qualifications Essential
A minimum of 12 months' experience working in the UK is required, along with the flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts as needed.
