Manage Recreation team and daily operations Oversee activities (gym, boxing, swimming classes) Ensure SOP compliance, guest safety, and satisfaction Train and supervise team members Handle guest feedback professionally Maintain facilities and support new program development
Requirements
Proficient in gym instruction and fitness training. Certified or experienced in teaching yoga. Skilled in boxing techniques and coaching. Competent swimmer with strong aquatic skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written).Lifeguard certification is an advantage.
