Your responsibilities Personal assistant (including agenda, expense & travel management) for Sustainability VP. Budget controller for VP budget Office Management, meeting room management, administration of group calendars, etc Processing PR/PO in Oracle Organisation of Sustainability off-site meetings (hotel, catering, venue, registration process) Support on PowerPoint presentations, mailings, etc Organisation of yearly Christmas Party / Teambuilding activity Follow up on HR processes such as holiday requests, performance reviews, etc. Administrative responsibilities (contract preparation, invoices, communication with Japan for administrative purposes, etc.). Ad-hoc requests from Heads of in the function. Your profile Fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe Language).
