Lead and coordinate internal projects focused on product and process optimization in the high-voltage bushings segmentAnalyze existing designs and manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and costIdentify areas for improvement and implement corresponding measuresCollaborate closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and other departmentsPrepare technical documentation, monitor progress, and regularly report to managementSupport the industrialization of new technologies and materials Your background
Completed technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar) or equivalent qualificationProfessional experience in managing technical (internal) development or improvement projectsSolid mechanical knowledge, ideally in the field of electrical insulators or high-voltage componentsExperience with Lean methods, Six Sigma, or similar improvement approaches is a plusStructured, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skillsExcellent German and English skills, both written and spoken More about us
