The opportunity As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will lead initiatives that have a direct impact on operational efficiency, quality, and productivity within our Isolation & Components Factory.If you are passionate about driving business performance, optimizing processes, and working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, we invite you to help shape and strengthen our culture of operational excellence.

How you'll make an impact

Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating waste using Lean methodologies and tools, including 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Value Stream Mapping.Lead and support optimization projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and productivity enhancement.Implement and develop the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) and Continuous Improvement systems, with a strong focus on increasing organizational maturity.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement Lean solutions across the organization.Monitor, analyze, and report process performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and corrective actions.Provide training and support to teams in project management, reporting, and continuous improvement methodologies.Promote a strong quality culture and actively influence organizational decisions and ways of working through continuous improvement initiatives. Your background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Production Engineering, or Process Optimization.Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications (e.g., Lean Expert, Lean Master, Green Belt, Black Belt) are considered an advantage.Excellent command of English & Polish, both written and spoken.
