Nike is looking for Lead Technical Product Manager - AI/ML to drive the development and delivery of innovative, customer-centric AI/ML-powered solutions. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, data science and platform capabilities, playing a pivotal role in defining the roadmap, building scalable AI/ML products, and delivering transformative experiences for Nike users.
This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong product management skills, and a passion for leveraging AI/ML to solve complex problems, enabling Nike to stay at the forefront of innovation.

The candidate should be fulfilling the below criteria
10+ years demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Product Manager in Data and AI/ML product development.Product strategy and road mapping at multi-squad scale.Stakeholder alignment and communication across functions.Value-driven prioritization using frameworks applied with judgment.Risk & dependency management across squads and partner teams.Participation in at least four full-cycle projects or multiple projects across various phases of developmentStrong experience working in matrix organizations, managing wide stakeholder networks, and navigating cross-product dependencies.Experience working and developing AI/ML frameworks, products, platforms, pipelines, and solutions, including development, deployment, and optimization of ML models.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira, Confluence, Figma, LucidChart tools.Storytelling abilities for effectively being able propagate the impact your solutions across enterpriseA strategic thinker with a passion for AI/ML technologies and their potential to solve real-world problems.A doer who can perform hands-on work, create detailed product artifacts, work effectively in JIRA, collaborate closely with the engineering team, and organize incoming information efficiently.A leader for the engineering team who shields them from the influx of information, change requests, and new requirements, allowing them to focus on design, delivery, and achieving engineering excellence.A collaborative team player skilled at navigating cross-functional teams and driving alignment.A problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and brings clarity through well-defined strategies and execution plans.An expert who champions innovation and has the ability to influence decisions across technical and business teams.Bachelors or Masters Degree in an Engineering DisciplineLocated in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Define and execute product strategy aligned to quarterly, annual, and organizational goals for a product or platform.Lead cross-functional squads through the full product lifecycle i.e, discovery, delivery, adoption, iteration.Translate business needs into prioritized, defensible roadmaps and clear trade-off narratives.Manage dependencies and technical debt in partnership with engineering leads; tie debt reduction to business outcomes.Promote Technical Product Management best practices, tooling, and frameworks, mentor Senior Technical Product Managers.Influence stakeholders across teams and functions to align on priorities and outcomes.Own status, metrics, and adoption narratives for the Product or platform and present in Monthly/Quarterly Business reviews or related forumsDefine the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leadership priorities.Conduct user research, analyze consumer feedback, and study market trends to identify opportunities for innovation with AI/ML-powered solutions.Translate complex business needs into actionable technical product requirements, user stories, and maintain a prioritized and groomed product backlog with clear feature and epics description and acceptance criteria.Where needed code prototypesAbility to demo AI products and services connecting the solution to dependent platform solutionsLeverage AI/ML knowledge to enrich requirements focused on emerging technologies and their application.Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, platform teams, product and engineering leaders, cross-functional stakeholders to design and integrate AI/ML products into business processes bringing impact to Nike Business.Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, reviews and demo sessions to drive successful product delivery.Measure customer success by evaluating metrics for adoption, performance and cost efficiency of your deployed solutionsStay informed about advancements in AI/ML frameworks, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance product performance and innovation.Resolve dependencies between products, managing risks and proactively addressing blockers as they arise.Lead the product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to launch, optimization, and sunset, ensuring continuous delivery of value.Foster collaboration across technical and business teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, objectives, and deliverables.Develop and communicate technical concepts, roadmaps, and product strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
