PTP Specialist with Spanish Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź We are looking for a candidate with: Higher education (e.g. accounting/finance would be an asset) Experience in PTP domain - preferably invoice processing, invoice payment, vendor query, scanning Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop Strong customer orientation Excellent analytical skills Problem solving and judgement skills Very good verbal and written communication skills APOC (Accounts Payable on Cloud) knowledge would be an asset Standard working hours 50/50 hybrid mode
Your key activities: Managing Accounts Payable process - from invoice scanning to invoice payment Responding to vendor queries Creation and update of process documentation Collaboration with client, suppliers and other departments Maintaining effective communication and professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers Reaching business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
