Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial records, ensuring accurate accounting, and supporting the financial close and reporting process. The incumbent is responsible for accurate financial reporting by ensuring all transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and compliant with accounting standards.
Maintain General Ledger accuracy, including posting and reviewing journal entriesPerform account reconciliations and support month-end/year-end closingManage monthly provisions and accruals with proper cut-off and expense recognitionPrepare monthly MIS reports with variance analysis and insightsHandle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of returns and reconciliationsOversee day-to-day finance operations (AP, AR, expenses), coordinate with stakeholders/auditors, and drive process improvements Background
