About this role
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three month related experience and/or training in clerical skills. REPORTS TO: Director of Student Services JOB GOAL: To provide friendly and efficient clerical services. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Obtains and distributes Student Services records
• Responds to requests for Student Services records.
• Manages hard copy of Student Services record files.
• Manages electronic copy of Student Services record files.
• Demonstrates and applies knowledge of Student Services policies and procedures in the areas of special education, preschool, Section 504, counseling, and health services.
• Provides information to parents and members of the public regarding Student Services programs.
• Manages the varied district responsibilities regarding the Medicaid in Public Schools program.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

• Perform basic math, including calculations using fractions, percents, and/or ratios.
• Read a variety of manuals; writes documents following prescribed formats, and/or present information to others.

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software, preferred accounting used software and Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and other appropriate technology software).
• The ability to type 40 wpm.
• Knowledge of appropriate business machines and telephones.
• Monitor special system(s), not limited to, including security and fire alarm systems.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
• Twelve-month, employee pay and benefits in accordance with Board policy.
