Qualifications: * Performs duties necessary to maintain a clean, sanitary and safe building with a sparkling appearance * Full disclosure of past work history * Experience in operating all floor and rug care equipment * Experience in operation of snow removal and lawn care equipment * Reports all items needing repair to the appropriate designee * Reports all safety hazards to appropriate designee * Provides custodian support service necessary for the proper operation of the education program * All PA required clearances, a physical and TB test and all other required paperwork
