POSITION: Long Term Substitute Speech/Language Therapist (1.0) (This is a vacancy due to a leave of absence) Furnace Brook Middle School STARTING DATE: September 1, 2026 until approximately December 4, 2026 SALARY: $140.00 per day for first 20 days; (Bachelors, Step 1) $323.46 per day starting 21st day ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP OR LINE OF AUTHORITY: Reports directly to Building Principal and Assistant Superintendent Student Services QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master's preferred.
• MA DESE License: Speech/Language/Hearing Disorder (All) preferred.
• Massachusetts Board Certified/Licensed.
• Prior experience working with middle school students preferred.
