SUPERVISOR: Principal QUALIFICATION:
• Must hold a valid Kentucky Principal's Certificate/Principal's Statement of Eligibility in the area stated above.
• Must have the ability to develop positive, professional relationships with students, teachers, administrators and parents.
• Ability to maintain a safe school environment including student discipline/behavior.
• Must have knowledge of and ability to lead PBIS.
• Must have knowledge/implementation of Kentucky Academic Standards (ELA , Math, Science and Social Studies).
• Must be available to participate in PD training sessions in implementation of Kentucky Academic Standards and/or any other work that pertains to the needs of RCMS.
• Must have knowledge/implementation to Chair ARC and 504 meetings.
• Must have knowledge/implementation of Professional Evaluation Plans.
• Willingness to participate in extra-curricular activities related to RCMS.
• Good communication skills and ability/desire to work as a team player.
• Must successfully complete all required employment forms and applications.
• Render health services as necessary after appropriate training.
