POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Concessions Manager supports operations during events when multiple concession locations are active. They assist with set-up, supervision, inventory tracking, and volunteer coordination at the secondary site.

PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision at secondary concession locations.

• Assist with set-up, stocking, and closing tasks.

• Ensure volunteers follow established safety, hygiene, and cash handling procedures.

• Communicate with Concessions Manager to report any issues or supply needs.

• Step in to resolve minor problems or escalate to manager as needed.

• Help with training of new volunteers if applicable.

• Support the shared goal of consistent, high-quality service across all events.

RIQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in food service, operations, or volunteer coordination preferred.

• Ability to lead and train student workers and adult volunteers.

• Maintain Washington State Food Worker Card and train student managers on procedures related to food safety (training will be provided).

• Must be available evenings and occasional weekends during the designated season(s).

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

PAY LEVEL Seasonal, Stipend (Extracurricular Coaching Non-Athletic Positions - Group 8)

STIPEND &TERMS

• This is a stipend position, paid per season (Fall, Winter, Spring) and aligned with the district's extra-duty schedule.

• The role may be held by one individual year-round or assigned separately by season.
