Safeguard the integrity of Snapp’s platform by identifying, analyzing, and preventing fraudulent activities. Minimize financial losses while enhancing user trust through data-driven fraud detection strategies. Deliver actionable insights that continuously improve fraud prevention capabilities and operational efficiency. Analyze large-scale datasets to detect fraud patterns, anomalies, and emerging fraudulent behaviors. Investigate complex fraud cases and conduct root cause analysis to uncover underlying issues. Build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor fraud trends and measure business impact. Design and evaluate fraud detection rules and models using performance metrics such as Precision, Recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC. Conduct A/B tests and analytical experiments to assess the effectiveness of fraud prevention initiatives. Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders and business teams. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to implement scalable fraud prevention solutions. Monitor evolving fraud techniques and proactively recommend new detection and prevention strategies.
