Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: We need expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CE and Power Platform products, including several of the following: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.We need a strong understanding of AI features within Microsoft Dynamics CE and Power Platform products, including how to explain their benefits to business users and customers.We need familiarity with related Microsoft technologies such as Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams, and the ability to configure integrations with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.We need end-to-end implementation experience on multiple Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform projects, ideally in larger and more complex environments, covering requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, data migration, cutover, and reporting.We need the ability to influence solution design with a configuration-first approach, using customisation only where essential to minimise risk and cost.We need the ability to demonstrate out-of-the-box functionality to business and technical stakeholders.We need proficiency in designing and building classic and Power Automate workflows to automate complex tasks.We need experience responding to ITTs, RFPs, and RFQs, and supporting pre-sales by envisioning solutions and defining a fully resourced approach.We need experience working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior and challenging stakeholders, and strong skills in eliciting, reviewing, and prioritising requirements.We need excellent influencing and communication skills.We value the ability to lead by example, remain calm and professional under pressure, support junior colleagues, and set high standards of behaviour and delivery. Responsibilities: We bridge the gap between IT capability and business expectations on Microsoft Dynamics projects.We lead teams of functional consultants on sizable and complex projects.We collaborate with clients to design and build solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, including AI features.We work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.We identify opportunities to make best use of platform features and balance the benefits and risks of customisation.We recommend the best approach to support client needs.We support and guide the team in delivering discovery workshops, creating functional designs, configuring solutions, supporting testing, assisting with data migration, delivering training, and supporting implementation.We identify priorities, assign tasks, and make the best use of available resources and skill levels within the team.We build relationships with counterparts in other disciplines, including within the client team, and help manage dependencies between disciplines.We manage and coach staff, focusing on performance management and career development.We support a culture of wellbeing and inclusion and help ensure team members manage workload and stress levels effectively.We interview stakeholders, shadow users, deliver discovery workshops, map business processes, and identify business benefits.
