Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: We have successfully delivered Low Code designs and architectures.We understand whole solution architecture concepts and can communicate and negotiate these with customer architects.We can prioritise non-functional concerns for customers and have experience incorporating these into application design.We have demonstrable experience of technical ownership for intelligent automation projects, including architecture, estimation, product planning, and user story or requirement creation.We can simply and clearly communicate solution design in conversation, documentation, and presentations.We can make effective decisions within fast-moving delivery environments.We have expertise in Low Code concepts and products, including at least one of Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics 365.We have experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings.We have a demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop members of our team and wider community. Responsibilities: We manage multi-skilled delivery teams to design and deliver high Low Code solutions that delight our customers and improve the lives of users worldwide.We work with customer architects to agree functional and non-functional designs.We advise customers and managers on estimated effort, technical implications, and complexity related to our designs.We manage, coach, and develop a small number of staff, with a focus on employee performance and career development.We provide direction for our team as we solve challenging problems together.We work with our peers to develop policy and standards, share knowledge, and mentor others.We advise on new technologies and approaches while continuing to learn, develop, and grow.
