Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: Experience in delivering Low Code designs and architectures.Experience of technical ownership for a Low Code project, including architecture, estimation, product planning, and user story or requirement creation.Experience of balancing technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints.Understanding of non-functional concerns for customers and experience incorporating these into application design.Ability to communicate technical design simply and clearly in conversation, documentation, and presentations.Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-moving delivery environment.Expertise in Low Code concepts and products, including at least one of Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics 365.Knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings. Responsibilities: Lead teams and develop high-quality Low Code solutions that delight our customers and impact users worldwide.Provide direction for the team while solving problems together.Work with customer architects to agree technical designs.Advise on estimated effort and technical implications of user stories and user journeys.Manage, coach, and develop a small number of people.Focus on employee performance management and career development.Make sound, reasoned decisions in a fast-paced environment.Learn about new technologies and approaches while continuing to grow and develop.
