Requirements: We are looking for a strategic and visionary Product Manager with a specialism in Arcade and Slots.We need someone with experience working in or with game studios, ideally in igaming.We are seeking a candidate who can balance creative game concepts with commercial and roadmap priorities.We want someone comfortable partnering with design, engine, marketing, compliance, and CRM stakeholders.We are looking for someone who can think strategically about market trends, regulation, and product-market fit.We need a candidate with experience managing products across multiple territories and localising games for different markets. Responsibilities: We own and evolve the arcade roadmap, balancing immediate releases with long-term plans for new arcade mechanics and instant-win genres.We partner with Design and Engine teams to define the right volatility, RTP levels, and player feel for our games.We act as the primary bridge between the Game Studio and business stakeholders such as Marketing, Compliance, and CRM.We identify market risks and opportunities and keep our production schedule agile in response to player trends and regulatory shifts.We manage localisation and product-market fit for our games across the UK, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Denmark.We ensure our arcade titles resonate with players in every market we serve.
