Salary: £38,238 - 46,736 per year
Requirements: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, DAX and Excel, including Power QueryExperience developing reports, dashboards and performance management informationSignificant experience working with and analysing large and complex data setsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunitiesAbility to translate business requirements into meaningful insight and reporting outputsExperience in a similar business insight, reporting or analytics roleExperience within social housing, property services or asset management is desirableExperience of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Service is desirableKnowledge of ActiveH and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirableMicrosoft Power BI/Data Analyst certification (PL-300) or equivalent experience is desirable Responsibilities: Lead the provision of business intelligence, data governance and performance insight across Property OperationsTransform complex operational data into actionable intelligence that supports strategic decision-making, service improvement, customer outcomes and operational efficiencyAct as the guardian of all Property Operations data and ensure its accuracySupport the Director of Home Repairs, Director of Home Safety and Improvements, Property Heads of Services and wider Property operational teams with accurate dataDrive improvement in departmental and wider operational processes and efficiencies through insightDeliver insightful analysis, forecasting and reporting to support Property and key internal stakeholdersRecommend and implement improvement initiatives based on insight to benefit Property and the wider businessWork with key stakeholders to influence change, present findings and solutions, and communicate recommendations effectively at all levelsSupport the data governance framework across the team to maintain high data quality and provide management visibility of potential detrimentSupport the smooth transition and ongoing management of data for stock disposal and acquisitionsSupport budget setting and cost reviews to ensure consistency and transparency across Property teamsDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and scorecards to support performance management and decision-makingRepresent Property within our Power BI Virtual Team, supporting reporting standards, best practice and continuous improvement Technologies: Business IntelligenceDAXExcelFabricSupportPower BIPower QueryOffice 365 More:
