Salary: £47,248 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: Ability to analyse and document complex business processes.Ability to document requirements specifications from business users.End-to-end experience of the project lifecycle.Experience interacting directly with end users in a project scenario.Ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ability to proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.Ability to proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.Ability to share acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels.Results-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to influence stakeholders through effective interpersonal skills.Technical experience working with MS Dynamics.Desirable: experience in a similar role within the housing industry. Responsibilities: Work proactively and collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop business requirements and translate these into functional specifications and detailed test plans.Proactively identify project risks and work with Project Managers to ensure they are effectively managed in line with business needs.Work with Project Managers to develop business requirements, technical requirements, project plans, and manage project budgets and risks.Assist in the preparation of user and system test plans.Analyse and document business processes.Support the business through change initiatives using technology thought leadership and ensure change is effectively managed and implemented.Provide the link between the customer, development team, and any third party regarding software functionality throughout the development lifecycle.Manage change requests day to day in relation to project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.Produce reports for the Project Manager showing progress against milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks, and dependencies.
