Salary: £68,000 - 81,600 per year
Requirements: We are looking for an established Senior Engineer who can coach and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.Experience in financial services, specifically mortgages, is ideal.Experience or understanding of a highly regulated industry will be beneficial.We want someone who is hungry to keep developing their skills, learning new things and collaborating with the wider team.An interest in GenAI is desirable. Responsibilities: We focus on feature delivery within product engineering.We want you to take on challenging problems, including designing solutions to complex features and writing design documentation.You will work within the technical direction set by our Lead Engineer and turn that direction into working software.You will hold the quality bar for the team through code review, pairing and the example you set.You will lead the delivery of large features.You will share knowledge and help less experienced engineers develop their skills.You will help influence the technical direction in the role.
