Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large enterprise environments.Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.Agile/Scrum delivery experience.Background in customer data platforms, CRM, data, or digital transformation is highly desirable.BCS, CBAP, or equivalent certification is advantageous. We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst for an outside IR35 contract on a day rate of £375–£560. This is an initial 6-month assignment with a likely extension, offered on a hybrid basis with travel to Luton a few times per month. You will support enterprise-wide customer data platform initiatives and work closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and technical teams as part of a high-profile transformation programme.
