We are a large upper-tier local authority undergoing one of the most ambitious and complex transformation agendas in the sector, including a high-profile Local Government Reorganisation programme that is shaping the future of our services, funding and organisational identity. We are investing heavily in strengthening our transformation and delivery capability and are seeking an exceptional Head of PMO to bring clarity, authority and discipline to a vast and evolving programme portfolio. This is a 6-month contract, based in Oxford, offering a competitive day rate of £800 per day inside IR35, with strong potential for extension as our transformation portfolio evolves.
