Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Application Specialist, CRM Administrator or in a similar roleStrong understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, field mapping, workflows and automationExperience supporting Salesforce implementations, migrations or major enhancement projectsExperience with data migration, data mapping and data quality activitiesExperience supporting integrations with third-party systemsKnowledge of Salesforce Flow and business process automationExperience with SmartFlows, Conga, Xpertdoc, Nintex or similar document generation platforms would be beneficialExperience working with implementation partners, suppliers and business stakeholders Responsibilities: Act as our primary internal Salesforce specialist and subject matter expertSupport the final stages of a large-scale Salesforce implementation, including testing, deployment and post-go-live supportWork closely with implementation partners to review, validate and improve delivered solutionsConfigure and administer Salesforce, including objects, fields, permissions, workflows, automation and security settingsSupport data mapping, migration and data quality activitiesAssist with integrations between Salesforce and other business systemsSupport SmartFlows document generation, templates, offer packs and automated communicationsBuild and maintain workflows, business rules, conditional logic and process automationInvestigate and resolve system issues, defects and user queriesSupport QA, UAT and release validation activitiesCreate and maintain documentation, process maps and support proceduresAct as the ongoing owner of the Salesforce platform, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation Technologies: CRMFlowSupportSalesforceSecurity More:
We are a well-established organisation seeking a hands-on Salesforce Application Support Specialist to support a major Salesforce implementation as it progresses through testing, data migration and go-live. This is an initial fixed-term contract with the potential to be extended or made permanent for the right individual. The role is predominantly remote working, with ad-hoc travel to Cambridge required. We offer the opportunity to work closely with implementation partners and business stakeholders on a significant platform rollout, with responsibility for ongoing support and optimisation of our Salesforce environment.
