About this role

Salary: £28,700 - 28,700 per year

Requirements: We need first-line IT support experience, and ideally second-line experience.We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering high-quality IT support in an educational setting.We require excellent communication and relationship-building skills.An IT qualification is ideally required.Experience working on a service desk and as an IT analyst would be advantageous. Responsibilities: We will provide first- and second-line support to staff, students and apprentices.We will troubleshoot incidents through to resolution.We will fulfil service requests and carry out routine system changes.We will manage and update tickets within our IT service management system, ensuring issues are prioritised and escalated when necessary.We will support proactive maintenance, asset management, equipment deployment and IT security best practice.We will contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.We will identify trends and recurring issues.We will maintain technical documentation.We will support the development of junior team members through mentoring and coaching.
