Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager with strong product leadership and an understanding of modern data platforms.We ideally want experience delivering data products, platforms, or data services.We ideally want experience working closely with Data Engineering teams.We ideally want experience with data warehouses and modern data platforms.We ideally want experience with data architecture and data modelling principles.We ideally want experience with product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritisation.We ideally want experience with Agile product delivery.We ideally want experience in stakeholder management at senior level.We ideally want experience with OKRs, KPIs, and outcome-based delivery.We ideally want experience with data governance and data quality.We ideally want experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams.Experience in consultancy, Government, or highly regulated environments is desirable.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable.Experience with AI or Machine Learning products is desirable. Responsibilities: We lead the delivery of complex data products, platforms, and services.We define product vision, roadmaps, and strategic priorities.We manage and prioritise product backlogs.We work closely with Data Engineers, Architects, and Analysts throughout delivery.We translate business and technical requirements into actionable product plans.We drive discovery, validation, and iterative delivery.We build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.We define KPIs, OKRs, and outcome measures.We coach Product Managers and contribute to product best practice across the organisation.
