Requirements: Commercial experience designing and delivering AI products and solutions.Strong experience building LLM-based applications and AI-driven products.Excellent prompt engineering skills and experience designing agentic systems and workflows.Strong software engineering fundamentals with expertise in Python.Experience working with cloud environments and CI/CD practices.A product mindset with a focus on customer outcomes and business value.The ability to work across strategy, engineering and product development.Experience creating meaningful AI evaluation methods and custom performance metrics.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities: Design, build and evolve complex AI systems using Large Language Models, prompt architectures and agentic workflows.Develop real-time, adaptive AI capabilities that deliver personalised and intelligent user experiences.Create custom evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure model performance, reliability and product effectiveness.Design scalable, maintainable software solutions using Python and modern cloud technologies.Integrate AI capabilities across platform systems, content pipelines and user-facing products.Prototype and productionise novel AI interactions by leveraging the latest developments in AI research.Implement testing, monitoring and guardrails to ensure quality, safety and observability across AI systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer and business requirements into impactful AI products.Mentor others and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
