Requirements: Extensive experience delivering Performance and Non-Functional Testing within Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments.Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native applications.Expertise in defining and executing testing strategies covering load, stress, volume, resilience, failover, disaster recovery, and high availability.Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.Strong scripting skills in Python, Java, or Scala, and experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.Proven ability to lead testing teams and engage with technical and business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments. Responsibilities: Define and lead the end-to-end Performance and Non-Functional Testing strategy.Ensure cloud-based services are scalable, resilient, secure, and release-ready.Work closely with Architects, DevOps, Engineering, and Product teams.Embed performance testing into delivery pipelines.Provide clear insight into quality, risk, and operational readiness.Shape testing strategy and drive quality across a modern cloud-based platform.
