Din rolle Som bartender hos os bliver du en central del af oplevelsen. Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være: At lave cocktails, mocktails og servere drikkevarer med høj kvalitet og præcision At arbejde struktureret og sikre flow i baren - også når det går stærkt At følge og vedligeholde vores barstandarder og rutiner At sikre høj hygiejne og rengøringsniveau - hver dag At bidrage til en positiv stemning og god energi i teamet At være nærværende og skabe relationer til gæsterne Denne stilling er 2-4 vagter i ugen, med mulighed for mere længere frem Hvem er du? Your role As a bartender with us, you will be a central part of the guest experience. Your tasks will include: Making cocktails, mocktails, and serving beverages with high quality and precision Working in a structured way and ensuring smooth flow in the bar — even during busy periods Following and maintaining our bar standards and routines Ensuring high hygiene and cleanliness levels — every day Contributing to a positive atmosphere and good energy within the team Being attentive and building relationships with guests Who are you? We are looking for someone who: Has experience from a bar or restaurant (an advantage — but not a requirement) Works in a structured way and thrives with clear systems and routines Has an eye for detail and delivers high quality Takes responsibility for cleanliness and order — even when things are busy Is efficient, precise, and maintains overview in hectic situations Is outgoing and good at creating guest experiences Contributes positively to the team and spreads good energy Wants to develop and be part of the Pincho concept In short: You are not just a bartender — you are a host.
