St Anne’s is a friendly, down-to-earth and independent-minded college at the heart of the University of Oxford. It is modern in its outlook and architecture and open to the world, informal and yet academically demanding. One of the University’s largest colleges, with around 900 students, we are known for being ambitious, collaborative and outward facing. We aspire to understand the world and change it for the better.

The Database & Insights Manager will be a specialist member of the team, responsible for the effective management, development and optimisation of the Development CRM. You will play an important role in supporting fundraising strategy through data analysis, advanced segmentation and reporting and will lead the technical delivery of any future database migration project. The role offers the opportunity to shape systems, processes and reporting frameworks within a modern and ambitious Oxford college environment.

You will be a proactive and analytical individual who can balance strategic oversight with accurate delivery. We are looking for a curious problem solver, motivated by improving systems and processes and enabling colleagues to use data effectively in support of fundraising success.
