We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sports Physiotherapist (minimum two years' musculoskeletal experience) to deliver high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation services for student athletes within Oxford’s high-performance sport programme, while also supporting students, staff, and members of the local community through our sports injury clinic.

About the Role
This is a delivery-focused role involving physiotherapy clinics, one-to-one consultations, and rehabilitation support integrated with athletes’ strength and conditioning programmes. The role includes some early mornings, evenings, and other unsociable hours, alongside dedicated time for CPD, team meetings, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Working as part of the Sports Federation team, you will support selected University teams and athletes through the Blues Performance Scheme (BPS), Oxford’s high-performance sport support service. You will work closely with specialists in strength and conditioning, sport psychology, nutrition, and lifestyle support to provide an integrated approach to athlete development.

About You
You will have:
A degree in Physiotherapy or Sports Physiotherapy. Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP). Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Suitable experience in a musculoskeletal or sports physiotherapy setting. Experience supporting athletes or managing sports injuries in a competitive or performance environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
This role does not meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route, and we are therefore unable to offer sponsorship.
