Location: Littlegate House, St Ebbe’s Street, Oxford, OX1 1PT Salary: Grade 5: £32,108–£37,338 per annum, pro rata for 0.6 FTE Contract: Part-time (0.6 FTE, 21.9 hours), fixed term until 31 July 2027

About the Role

As Programme Administrator, you will support the Centre’s teaching development programmes by coordinating participant communications, admissions, events, assessment processes, and record-keeping. You will work closely with programme leads and colleagues across the Centre, liaise with external organisations, contribute to reporting and data monitoring, and help ensure programmes are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while supporting educational excellence across the University.

About You

You will have experience in programme or administrative support and be confident working accurately in a busy environment. You will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering a high standard of service.

You will be confident using Microsoft Office and working with data, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and identify opportunities to improve processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience of building effective working relationships with colleagues and supporting collaborative ways of working, including student-staff partnerships.
