For our client, we are looking for a motivated finance professional who is eager to take the next step in their career within an international industrial company. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Group CFO and gain broad exposure to financial accounting, reporting, compliance and process improvement activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will become a key member of the finance organization, contributing to the reliability and transparency of financial information while helping to improve and modernize existing finance processes. There is significant potential to introduce new tools, automation and more efficient ways of working. Your Responsibilities Support and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities Participate in group reporting and consolidation processes Prepare financial reports and management information Support VAT, tax and statutory reporting requirements Ensure accuracy, consistency and transparency of financial data Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Support ERP and finance transformation initiatives Participate in internal control and compliance activities Work closely with operational departments and international colleagues Your Profile Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent 3-8 years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit or related finance functions Hands-on experience in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes Experience within an industrial, manufacturing or international environment is advantageous Interest in finance process improvement, digitalization and automation Strong analytical and organizational skills combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach Curious, proactive and willing to take ownership Fluent in French and English; German is a plus What You Can Expect Direct reporting line to the Group CFO Broad exposure across accounting, reporting and finance operations Opportunity to actively shape and improve finance processes Involvement in automation and digitalization initiatives Modern international environment with short decision-making processes High level of responsibility from day one Close collaboration with management and operational teams on-site Long-term development opportunities within a successful industrial organization Interested?
