About the Role: Archon Labs is looking for a Product Design & Project Management Lead to bridge the gap between AI research and real-world business needs. Your mission is to identify pain points and opportunities within the Sky Ecosystem and translate them into AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for prioritizing the product backlog , ensuring that the right resources and data are in place, and evangelizing AI adoption within decentralized organizations. Responsibilities: Work closely with business users to identify pain points and automation opportunities . Define and prioritize the product backlog for AI-driven automation tools. Collaborate with AI research teams to align product development with business needs. Identify roadblocks, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution. Act as a key evangelist for AI solutions within the Sky Ecosystem and beyond. Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align product vision and execution. Drive adoption of AI tools in governance, automation, and financial applications .
