How do you help make a difference? As a Medior Quality Analyst ATMS/IMS Real Time Operations, you contribute to the quality, reliability and release readiness of systems and services within RTO (Real Time Operations) by supporting and executing end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects. You help ensure alignment with business objectives, quality standards and delivery timelines, with a scope covering functional testing, SQL database testing, API testing, test automation, quality governance, reporting and telephony/contact center testing including Genesys Cloud. As a Medior Quality Analyst, you will take on the following responsibilities: You lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards and delivery timelines. You define, implement and continuously improve test strategies, test plans, test policies and quality assurance processes. You analyze and refine functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring completeness, consistency, testability and traceability, and conduct risk assessments with mitigation plans for critical business requirements. You organize and facilitate Test Readiness Reviews, Defect Triage Meetings, Go/No-Go assessments and Release Quality Assessments, and manage the complete defect lifecycle with effective communication between business and technical stakeholders. You manage test environments, test data preparation and test execution campaigns across Test, Acceptance and Production environments, and ensure complete requirements traceability through test scenarios and test cases. You provide quality reporting, KPIs, dashboards and executive-level recommendations regarding release readiness, production deployments and continuous improvement of QA methodologies, standards and testing processes.
