Program: Interim House West
Job Overview: Provide continuity of care as defined by the treatment plan for each resident. Lead group therapy sessions and weekly individual therapy sessions. Report to the Clinical Director.
Responsibilities:
• Provide continuity of care as defined by the treatment plan for each resident.
• Lead group therapy sessions and weekly individual therapy sessions.
• Ensure that the Resident Assistants and Facility Manager receive up-to-date, written information in the log book concerning the physical and emotional status of each resident.
• Coordinate and collaborate with off-site, community-based mental health treatment providers.
• With the resident and treatment team, devise a comprehensive treatment plan based on a psychological evaluation and other assessments.
• Maintain a continuous record of all contacts, events, and progress toward the accomplishment of goals as stated in the treatment plan.
• Record individual and group progress notes in the DAP format after each therapeutic activity.
• Complete reviews at 60, 90, 120, 180, and 270 days in compliance with state, licensing, and program guidelines.
Skills:
• Competence in individual therapy, group therapy, and family intervention required
• Experience in DBT preferred
• Experience in addiction treatment preferred
Role Qualifications:
Must meet ONE of the following:
• Master's degree and 2+ years of directly relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of directly relevant experience
Salary Grade: 17
