AYANA Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to join our team at AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the outlets within the hotel. Your role will involve ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high quality standards, and achieving revenue targets. You will also be responsible for hiring and training staff, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers.
Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlets, including managing staff, schedules, and customer service Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a personalized experience and resolving any issues or complaints Manage inventory and stock levels, including ordering and replenishing supplies Monitor financial performance of the outlets, including sales, expenses, and profitability Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue Hire, train, and develop staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in the hospitality industryAll-day-dining concept experience will be an advantageDegree in Hospitality Management or related fieldStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasksKnowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost controlProficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management softwareFluent in English and Indonesian
