About the Role
We're looking for a driven, personable Sales Appointment Setter to join our payment processing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients—educating them on our debit and credit card solutions and scheduling qualified appointments for our closing team. Key Responsibilities
Refine and execute outbound sales strategies to generate quality leadsMake proactive cold calls to educate prospects on payment processing solutionsSet a consistent daily volume of appointments to enable closers to hit 5–10 deals per weekBuild genuine rapport and maintain strong relationships with new clientsManage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close (with handoff support)Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfactionRequirements
2 years of sales experience with proven cold calling abilityDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsExcellent phone presence and ability to quickly build trust with prospectsStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsMust be available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PSTNative-level English fluencyNice to have: Previous experience in a call center sales environment.Benefits
