US Software Solutions is looking for a Tax Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the company’s tax compliance activities within the accounting function. This role focuses on preparing and reviewing tax calculations, ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns, maintaining tax records, reconciling tax accounts, and supporting the accounting department in meeting statutory tax obligations and deadlines. Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00 Prepare, review, and coordinate the calculation of taxes (VAT, income tax, withholding tax, and other applicable taxes); Prepare and submit periodic tax returns and declarations within statutory deadlines; Reconcile tax accounts in the general ledger with tax returns and payments; Maintain and organize tax records, supporting documentation, and filing archives; Verify the accuracy of tax-related accounting entries before submission; Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate their impact to the accounting team; Prepare documentation and reconciliations required for tax audits, internal reviews, and reporting; Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure invoices, payments, and transactions are correctly recorded for tax purposes; Assist in the preparation of tax payments and follow up on tax liabilities and receivables; Collaborate with other departments to collect the documents and information required for tax compliance
