We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Underwriting Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused insurance professional who is passionate about driving accuracy, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, consistent, and compliant delivery of underwriting services through quality assurance, quality control, and audit activities. You will review underwriting processes and data, identify trends and risks, support operational improvements, and help maintain high service standards across a range of London Market Insurance clients. Working closely with operational teams, management, and client stakeholders, you will play a vital role in promoting best practice, strengthening quality controls, and providing technical guidance to colleagues. Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews across underwriting operations. Review underwriting transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client and procedural requirements. Identify quality trends, recurring issues, control weaknesses, and operational risks. Investigate discrepancies relating to premiums, limits, deductions, and other underwriting data. Produce quality reporting, management information, and performance metrics. Support root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventative actions. Provide coaching, training, and technical guidance to colleagues. Maintain and enhance quality standards, operational controls, and procedural documentation. Act as a technical point of reference for quality-related matters and complex underwriting queries. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
