As a Technical Sales & Service Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, supporting existing customers, and delivering exceptional service across your assigned territory. The Role Identifying, developing, and converting opportunities for both product sales and long-term service contracts. Achieve sales, customer acquisition, and contract renewal targets. Building long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and referrals. Collaborating with technical specialists and support teams to deliver tailored solution. Working closely with customers to improve system performance, efficiency, and operational reliability through innovative water treatment solutions. Manage customer orders, service activities, and CRM records ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company health, safety, and environmental standards.
