While LVT licensure is not required, candidates should have previous veterinary hospital experience, strong clinical knowledge, and a passion for developing people and creating positive hospital culture. 🐾 Position Overview As our Veterinary Practice Manager , you'll partner closely with the Managing Veterinarian and hospital leadership to oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while serving as a visible, supportive presence for the team. This is a true hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to: Lead and inspire a collaborative, high-performing team Support daily hospital operations and workflow efficiency Coach, mentor, and develop team members Assist on the treatment floor as needed to support patient care Foster an exceptional client experience from check-in to discharge Help maintain a positive, engaging workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and compassion Partner with leadership to achieve hospital goals while maintaining the highest standards of patient care If you're energized by mentoring others, solving problems, and creating an environment where both people and pets thrive, we'd love to meet you. Oversee daily operations of a small animal veterinary clinic. Support hospital workflow, scheduling, and team coordination. Assist on the floor with patient handling, restraint, and workflow support as needed. Partner with the MDVM to manage staffing, scheduling, and performance. Help drive client experience initiatives and client service standards. Support administrative functions, including payroll coordination, inventory oversight, and hospital procedures. Coach, support, and mentor team members. Identify process improvements and help optimize hospital efficiency. Act as a bridge between leadership and the hospital team.
