As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll serve as the communication hub of the hospital by: Welcoming clients and patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion Answering multi-line phones , scheduling appointments, and managing daily calendars Checking patients in and out while ensuring accurate documentation Maintaining electronic medical records with attention to detail Processing invoices, payments, and client financial transactions Explaining hospital services, appointment expectations, and discharge instructions Assisting with prescription requests and medication pick-up coordination under veterinarian direction Communicating effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow Providing calm, empathetic support during urgent or emotionally sensitive situations Helping maintain an organized, welcoming front desk and lobby environment
