What's in Store We are on the lookout for an experienced Regional Director – Loss Control to join our team. As the Regional Director, you will need to be a team player as you will be tasked with managing, multiple states’ inventory, a large Independent Contractor (IC) base, and working with and through internal teams. A positive and upbeat perspective is required as well as the ability to keep up with a fast-paced work environment. Reporting to the AVP of Loss Control, you will be expected to maintain and positively grow metrics in their territory. To be successful in this role, you need to have strong communication skills (phone, email, and systems), ability to facilitate and review travel, work in a time-sensitive environment, and manage relationships both internally and externally to maintain metrics. You must have experience in a fast-paced team environment. Additionally, loss control experience and Quality Assurance experience is a plus. Manage a team of ICs and help develop self-sufficient and engaged Independent Contractors (ICs) Coach and mentor to increase levels of performance and manage poor performing ICs Partners Run daily reports to identify trends in quality and timeliness Managing staffing levels; ability to contract/hire the right person Follow up/assisting new contractors working with education department Develop and maintain staffing levels to meet changing demands Coach and mentor ICs that can cover, “as needed”, areas in any event Recruit to have backups in place in case of unexpected events or growth Build relationships through professionalism with peers and ICs; inform ICs of good work, respond to calls/emails in timely manner (within 24 business hours), give constructive feedback/criticism to promote growth Responsible for Time Service based on Client Expectations; create strategic solutions and engage in future planning View Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as minimum standards, go above and beyond to handle any unexpected issues; be proactive to time service issues Analyze service areas to ensure no time service lapses Ensure production quality which includes identifying and coaching any IC in need of help to increase quality and performance; ICs should take initiative to correct all quality issues Be proactive to quality issues through reports, projections, and reviews – use quality issues as a calibration opportunity to follow up and support ICs Identifying trends in quality as a calibration opportunity Analyze markets/staffing to improve profitability Perform cost analysis to uncover potential cost savings and identify trends Must meet the profitability goals set and strive to go above and beyond Must manage bonus type payouts strategically Reporting of “out of norm” Field Issues to your AVP through proactive communication Perform other duties as assignments as assigned This is a full-time, home-based position.
