About this role
The Grow Staff is responsible for monitoring and maintaining plants’ overall needs. Available Work Shifts All work schedules are 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. 2nd Shifts 2:00pm to 10:30pm Pruning and removal of unwanted material. Assist with topping and cloning. Inspection for pests and other threats. Monitor and maintain all areas of plants’ water and nutrient needs. Calibrating meters, monitoring, and adjusting pH balance and electro-conductivity (EC) levels. Logging conditions, maintaining cleanliness of grow areas, and adjusting reservoir water as scheduled. Learn and understand all applicable local and State laws.
