Main duties of the job Join our team as a Care Assistant (no experience needed) and help residents live with comfort, dignity, and joy. You will receive outstanding career development with funded training (up to QCF Level 5). The position requires working 48 hours per week including alternate weekends, with a bank contract also available. There is a Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000, a maximum pay rate of £12.76 per hour, Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. As a Care Assistant, you will provide personal care and support, administer and record medication, assist with daily living activities, support activities and social engagement, and promote dignity, independence, and well-being. We encourage applicants who are kind, compassionate, and great with people. There is no experience needed as full training is provided, but you must have a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK and be able to work alternate weekends.
