Overview A solo attorney based in Reno, Nevada is seeking a reliable and bilingual (Spanish & English) Virtual Assistant to support client communication, administrative tasks, and phone handling. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable handling high volumes of simple, repetitive workflows in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Client Communication ● Send initial onboarding messages to new clients ● Guide clients on next steps (booking calls, required info) ● Conduct follow-ups with clients ● Handle inbound calls and direct queries appropriately Administrative Support ● Assist with case-related admin tasks in a case management system ● Maintain organized client records ● Support general inbox and communication management Phone Support ● Answer incoming calls professionally ● Qualify callers (new vs existing clients, type of case, etc.) ● Route or escalate queries when needed Requirements ● Fluent in Spanish and English (non-negotiable) ● Strong communication skills (written & verbal) ● Comfortable handling phone-based roles ● Highly organized and detail-oriented ● Ability to follow structured workflows Nice to Have ● Experience in legal, admin or client support roles ● Experience handling high-volume communication ● Exposure to CRMs or case management systems Tools & Systems ● Microsoft Outlook (email & calendar) ● OneDrive & SharePoint ● Case management system: InfoTEMS (training provided) ● Phone system: GoToConnect Working Style ● Flexible hours (some alignment to US business hours required for calls) ● Output-focused (client is NOT a micromanager) ● Opportunity to grow into a full-time role
