Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionallyProvide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to customersIdentify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departmentsEnsure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skillsMaintain customer records and update relevant information in the systemCollaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experienceMeet or exceed individual and team targets
Requirements
At least 1 year of BPO work experience (Inbound campaigns)Experience in healthcare account is an advantageExcellent verbal & written English skillsBasic MS tools knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)Amenable working onsite in MakatiWilling to work night shiftsBenefits
