YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL As IT Continuity process & reporting officer , you join the enthusiastic and multidisciplinary IT Continuity Strategy & ICRO team (ICRO: IT Continuity & Resilience Officer) . Together, you are responsible to ensure our Bank ability to react to a critical failure of an application or a datacenter. Within BNPPF, you collaborate to the embedding of rules defined by Regulators such as the European Central Bank, Belgium National Bank & our Group Policies. You will be a part of a team of 15 people with the main office located in the centre of Brussels. AND IN DETAIL Regulatory & Group Compliance Ensure the IT Continuity process remains up-to-date and aligned with regulatory requirements and BNP Paribas Group standards. Proactively review changes in requirements with Group representatives and adapt processes accordingly. Audit & Control Support Participate in the execution of audits and control plans, ensuring evidence is complete, accurate, and timely. Follow up on findings, ensuring remediation actions are tracked and closed within deadlines. Risk & Gap Mitigation Monitor and support the implementation of risk mitigation plans. Ensure corrective actions are prioritized, documented, and validated with stakeholders. Validation of IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Deliverables Review and validate IT Disaster Recovery reports. Approve changes to application continuity levels in alignment with business impact analyses. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to be presented on various boards and shared with regulators. Ensure reporting is clear, actionable, and compliant with internal/external expectations. Examples of tasks: Review and assess updates to Group IT Continuity procedures, regulatory requirements, and DR exercise success criteria. Evaluate the impact on BNPP Fortis’ local processes. Review and provide evidence for closure of audit recommendations, as request by control plan execution. You follow up with the teams responsible for implementation of action plans. Review Disaster Recovery exercise reports and validate them against Group requirements and Group exercise success criteria. You will work in close collaboration with our different stakeholders (BNPPF and Group) to prepare and collect required information. The work arrangement for this position is 50% on-site and 50% remote work. YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES You bring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience; You have proven experience in assessing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; You demonstrate analytical curiosity and critical thinking, proactively identifying connections, questioning assumptions, saying ahead of emerging risks; You thrive in a team environment, actively sharing your knowledge and insights; You perform effectively under pressure; You embrace continuous learning to stay ahead in a dynamic environment, actively expanding your expertise, adopting new methodologies, seeking feedback and self-improvement opportunities; You take ownership of your responsibilities and make informed decisions; You will bring expertise in designing and maintaining dashboards/reports; You are proficient in English. Dutch/French knowledge is a plus; You have a working knowledge of IT infrastructure and application development; You are proficient in MS Office.
