Experience with physical interventions and supporting people with a personality disorder is essential.

This role offers a unique opportunity to support a gentleman in his 30s as he transitions into a community setting. He requires 2:2:1 support at all times, so we’re looking for people who bring resilience, warmth, and a good sense of humour to their work.

What You’ll Be Doing
Providing consistent, person-centred support to an individual with complex needs and a personality disorderUsing your skills in physical intervention safely and professionallyPromoting independence, dignity, and choice in everyday lifeWorking collaboratively with a skilled, supportive teamPlaying a key role in a life-changing transition into community living Shift Pattern
Night shifts: 10pm-8am. Fully flexibility to work weekdays and weekends is essential. What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, or similar roleBackground in mental health, complex needs, or behavioural supportConfidence in managing challenging situations with empathy and professionalismA positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for helping others thriveA good sense of humour and the ability to build meaningful, trusting relationships What benefits do we offer?
